Spent → sorted → reclaimed metal

We recycle what the range leaves behind.

Brass, steel and aluminum cases, lead from the berm, and the live rounds mixed in — one crew picks it up, sorts it, and melts it in our own furnace.

The whole stream

If it got shot, we’ll take it.

A range doesn’t leave behind one clean material. It leaves a mixed pile — and we recover every part of it instead of marking the whole bucket down to its weakest metal.

Cartridge brass

Rifle and pistol brass — buckets, drums or gaylords of floor sweepings, mixed calibers and all.

Paid as brass
Steel & aluminum

Steel and aluminum cases sorted out of the brass and bought separately — not dead weight dragging your price down.

Bought separately
Lead from the berm

While the crew is on site we can pull the lead from your berms and bullet traps — one visit, one company.

Recovered on site
Live rounds

Loaded and defective rounds in the bucket are run through our proprietary popping furnace. You get a certificate of destruction.

Demilled first
No middle of the chain

Most “recyclers” are a stop on the way to someone else’s smelter.

We’re a Houston secondary smelter. Your metal doesn’t pass through a broker on its way to a furnace — we are the furnace. That’s margin that stays on your side of the deal.

  • No broker margin between your range and the melt
  • Weighed on certified scales — you get the tickets
  • We buy retired equipment and scrap too — resell what has a second life, melt the rest
Pickup to ingot

Four steps, one company.

01

Pick up

We collect from your site — Gulf Coast usually within a day of scheduling, nationwide by arrangement. No fixed minimum.

02

Sort

Brass, steel and aluminum are separated, because each is worth something different and you should be paid for each.

03

Demil

Any live rounds go through our popping furnace before anything is melted. Certificate of destruction issued.

04

Melt

Clean, sorted metal becomes feedstock in our own Houston furnace — or shipped back to you if you toll.

Two ways to get paid

Sell it, or keep it and toll.

Who we work with

If you generate spent metal, we’ll take it off your yard.

01
Indoor & outdoor ranges

Buckets, drums or gaylords of floor sweepings — mixed calibers, mixed metals, dirt and all.

02
Ammunition manufacturers

Rejected cases, off-spec loaded rounds, process scrap and line clean-outs.

03
Law enforcement & training

Qualification and training-range brass, with documented handling from pickup to melt.

04
Scrap recyclers

Range brass you bought but don’t want to sort or can’t melt. We’ll take it off your yard.

Live rounds in the bucket? That’s normal.

Just tell us on the form. Live and defective rounds are separated and run through our popping furnace before anything is melted — and you receive a certificate of destruction for them.

Turn your spent pile back into metal.

Tell us roughly what you’ve got. We’ll schedule a pickup and price it buy or toll — whichever pays you more.
